Anchor of the Soul #5

Gene Cunningham teaches that the Christian life involves resting in God's work and ceasing from one's own efforts, and that this posture of rest is essential for maintaining diligence and never quitting in our faith. He emphasizes the importance of trusting in God's finished work through Christ and imitating those who have inherited the promises through faith and patience. He also highlights the role of the high priest in providing access to God's mercy seat and the need to focus on the finish line and run with endurance.
