Gene presented The Gospel According to Moses at the first annual Shenandoah Valley Bible Conference held April 21-23, 2017 in Winchester, Virginia.
This series is intended to demonstrate that the Gospel message, focusing on the Person and work of Jesus Christ, is the central message of the entire Bible. The coming of the Messiah and His saving work of redemption is presented throughout the Old Testament through direct prophetic statements, as well as using types and shadows. New Testament authors repeatedly refer to Old Testament expectations of the coming of the Savior—the Lord Jesus Christ.

The annual Basic Training Bible Ministries Rocky Mountain Bible Conference was 27-29 May 2016. In Psalm 32 David declares 'Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity.' Paul uses this quote in ROM 4:7-8 to support three great truths of the Gospel: 1) Justification is by faith in Christ alone 2) God imputes His righteousness to those who believe the gospel 3) This righteous standing before God is apart from works of any kind.
