Romans Chapter 8 states that because of the finished work of Christ, the believer is free from all condemnation (Rom 8:1–11). It then says that by means of the continuing work of the Spirit, the believer is free from the dominion of sin (Rom 8:12–27). It concludes that on the basis of God’s sovereign and eternal plan, the believer is free as a result of the defeat of sin (Rom 8:28–39). 9-11 in Retrospect
Since 9/11 we have each had to grapple with questions we've never faced. The issues may be new to us, but are not in the record of history. Our country today is divided along many lines that are false. Circumspectly, 9/11 brings 10 spiritual lessons to light that should help us stay true (2Co 5:14-21, Act 17:30, Act 20:21, Act 26:20, Luk. 13:1-5, Mat. 23:23, 2Co. 4:4).
