"Heirs of the Kingdom" have privilege, responsibility, and accountability (Mar 13:33–37). "Heirs" is a term that deals with discipleship, not justification/salvation. As we shall see, every child of God is an heir. The question before us is this: How much will I inherit, and will it really matter that much? Every member of the Royal Family has a share in the Royal Inheritance.  Again, the question of our study is, “how much?”

Ephesians #46

Ephesians #46

When we align ourselves with Christ we will be engaged in combat (Eph 6:10-20, Rom 13:8-14). Our test is that we refuse to give up, grow weary or faint (Eph 6:13). There is a battle to be won; there is a master plan for the Church -- for blessings and glory -- all of us are in it (Eph 6:10). There is provision for power "be strong in the Lord". There is armor for the conflict -- one offensive and 6 defensive weapons (Eph 6:10-20). Prayer is the way to put it on. There is enablement for resistance. There is enlightenment about the foe (2Co 11:3-15).
