Faith is the Victory, written by Nancy Cunningham, focuses on the five Hebrew words for faith: amen, batach, chasah, yaqal, and qawah and five women in the Bible who epitomized these qualities: Abigail, Hannah, Sarah, Ruth, and Mary.

The priest Phinehas acted out God's attitude (Mal 2:7-8, Num 25:6-13). We need to study like Ezra, prepare like Solomon and preach like Paul. God used Ezra in a mighty way (Ezr 7:6-10). If we study like Ezra. we also need to prepare like Solomon (Ecc 12:9-11). Paul reasoned, explained, and demonstrated his points (Act 17:1-3). Teaching is a tremendous priviledge (Heb 5:12-14). God's Fatherhood was to the nation of Israel (Mal 2:10). God rails against divorce among the Jews (Mal 2:11-17). What makes this important to God? godly offspring (1Co 7:14).
